Mail-in entries and related records are retained for up to six (6) months following the close of each promotion, after which they are securely destroyed.

We do not sell SMS opt-in data or text-message consent information, and such data is never shared with third parties.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may opt out of any future “sale” of personal information by contacting hello@tryluckyduck.com. We do not currently sell personal data.

California Residents

Lucky Duck does not currently meet the revenue thresholds required for coverage under the CCPA or CPRA.

However, California residents may request:

  • Disclosure of data sharing practices
  • Updates or deletion of personal information

Utah Residents

Lucky Duck does not meet the thresholds required for applicability under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 1, 2026. We may update it from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated by reasonable means.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
